Payment & unlock problems
- Charged but content still locked? Log out, log back in with the checkout account, and refresh. If it's still locked after 15 minutes, email us with your order ID.
- Payment failed but money deducted? Banks auto-reverse failed captures, typically within 5–7 business days. Send us the order ID and we'll confirm the status with Razorpay.

- Didn't get the verification email? Check spam, then use the resend button on the login page.
- Forgotten password? Use 'Forgot password' on the login page for a reset link.
- Want your account deleted? Email us from your registered address.
Mock tests & content
- A mock test attempt that gets interrupted can be resumed from the same device — your answers autosave.
- Found an error in a note or question? Tell us the title and section; corrections usually ship within days.
